Piper is 3 years old a Nigerian Dwarf doe (female goat) and is Porter’s sister. To bond with Piper her favorite thing is if you scratch along her spine, she’ll close her eyes and lean into them. She isn’t as food motivated as Porter but does enjoy grain and animal crackers as a treat. Porter is more bonded to her than she is to him- which makes her the best option if for some reason only one goat can be handled at a time although this should be avoided. If she doesn’t want to go somewhere she does act like a toddler and will lay down on the ground, but is leash trained and partially halter trained. She also warms up to people quicker than Porter but is more independent once she knows someone but still does cuddle and climb on laps and likes to chew on zippers.
